Karlie Loland-Ringer, CSA is a casting director and creative executive with over seventeen years in the entertainment industry and eight years specializing in casting. She is the founder of KLR Creative Group, a bi-coastal casting company known for its work across film, television, and branded content.

Recognized for her sharp creative instinct and ability to connect authentic talent with compelling storytelling, Loland-Ringer has built a reputation as a trusted casting director and creative partner. Her work centers on bringing characters to life through the faces of skilled actors, helping translate the vision of writers and directors to the screen.

Driven by a philosophy to create, cultivate, and conquer, she approaches each project with both artistic insight and strategic intention. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Loland-Ringer brings a unique blend of creative perspective and business acumen to her work.

While her projects take her across major markets nationwide, she is based in Florida, where she resides with her wife, Amanda Ringer, a world-champion equestrian, along with their dogs and horses.
